If its been sitting for a while, or is old, float bowl, metering block, and metering plate gaskets are probably stuck like glue. Make sure you remove old gaskets completely.

Far out Pooey, they are pretty good figures compared to when I had a 350 holley on my 202- I was struggling to get to 380 klms to a tank- 72.7L (I think). I don’t floor it everywhere either! Now with the 325 economaster Holley (325 I think) I am getting 450-550 klms off a tank- and that is mainly city driving.
